I scheduled a 4 hour appt window on their website and left work to be home during the window on 5/12 and they never showed up, nor did they call to cancel. I emailed their service email on 5/15 to get help scheuding a new appointment, never heard back. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They never answer their phone or return voice messages. I scheduled a 4 hour appt window on their website and they never showed up, nor did they call to cancel. Left them my third voice message the following day, never heard back. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The least they could do is let you know they're not coming. I received confirmation texts and emails for the appointment, so I know they had it showing on their schedule.
Did not show up and did not contact us after no one came.
Our circuit breaker to our range broke on a weekend with an entre family coming to celebrate for two days. Nate came out within a half an hour, promptly diagnosed what was wrong and fixed. He saved the day. N and N are very professional, responsive, and their billing and communications were efficient. I am very grateful.
I used this company to add outlets, pre-pandemic, everything went fine. Fast forward to Aug 2022 and I have had the same issues as other reviewers. Three scheduled appointments, cumulative of 7 hours waiting at home for someone to show and no one came. This third appointment was schedule just one day prior (after a no-show) and the scheduled assured me they would arrive at a specific time. Not sure what is wrong with n-n electric, but they seem to enjoy wasting people’s time.
