Scheduled an appointment online with them and received a confirmation email. Two days prior, I tried to confirm by calling the number listed (which is a cell phone) and received no answer or response. I then emailed then and received no response to that either. My scheduled appointment window came and went with no one coming by or calling. Complete waste of time. How do you get 4 stars with customer service like that?

I attempted to use this business but one of the days they were scheduled to work on my house they cancelled the night before and the other day no one showed up. When I reached out about the no show I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and when I responded "yes please" I never heard back. It was a waste of two days off of work and I don't want that to happen to anyone else.

I had an appointment week in advance to install a ceiling fan they canceled on the day of at 1 in the morning with a text never giving me a reason why and never answered me back when I call and left a message
