When I was looking for someone who could help me get in shape, Natalie was recommended. I wanted to be able to run, get on the floor with my grandkids- and be able to get up with no assistance. Not only has my mobility improved, I have met some beautiful women who are now my family. If you are looking for a place, this is it. Teaching us balance, not restriction.
