Unprofessionalism!
Very poor service. In the quote they gave one price, but when it was time to make the final payment, they changed the prices and increased the total. They even charged extra for the bow, even though the dress already included it, and also added a fee for steaming/pressing. In the end, they added $200 more to the final balance.
