I've struggled with bloating for years and in 2023 it was the worst I've ever had it. I discovered Courtney and what lymphatic massages could do and I have now been going to see her at least once a month! The relief she gives me is amazing. The lymphatic massage has helped me in many ways. The facial ones help my sinuses as well. Courtney also gave me a "toolbox" of tricks i can use on myself to help drainage. I look forward to trying her other services as well! I highly recommend her!

I have a lower back issue that likes to act up, and is probably associated with the same side knee issue. After another flare up I was recommended to see Court through a personal friend since I was seeking cup therapy, cupping. Courtney goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum or not she is extremely accommodating. Her attention to detail & her knowledge of the human body shows. She is able to provide enough pressure to get those deep knots out while you get some much needed relaxation. I will absolutely be going back! As a mother of 2, I definitely need it ♥️
