I’ve been going to Na Lima Mehana for the past two years, and every session has been amazing. She’s incredibly in tune with your body and always seems to know exactly what you need. She’s friendly, creates a safe space, and I always leave feeling relaxed and centered. Truly a wonderful experience every time.

Book a session with Courtney as soon as you can. I promise it’ll be one of the most compassionate things you can do for yourself in these especially trying times. I’ve had many different types of Massage Therapy and other healing modalities all over the world and I say this with 100% sincerity, my full body/face lymphatic draining session was incredible. Courtney is amazing! She makes sure you feel comfortable and you can feel the care she puts into her massage. I felt so relaxed and refreshed by the end of the session. 10/10!

Such a relaxing and invigorating massage in a gorgeous setting. Courtney was so knowledgeable on prenatal massage as well as targeting tense areas from work. Will definitely be back, mahalo!

I've struggled with bloating for years and in 2023 it was the worst I've ever had it. I discovered Courtney and what lymphatic massages could do and I have now been going to see her at least once a month! The relief she gives me is amazing. The lymphatic massage has helped me in many ways. The facial ones help my sinuses as well. Courtney also gave me a "toolbox" of tricks i can use on myself to help drainage. I look forward to trying her other services as well! I highly recommend her!
