I've really enjoyed coming here. Very calming ambiance, the facilities are super clean, and Naomi is so nice and welcoming. I've only tried it three times, but I have definitely noticed faster muscle recovery after using the sauna (if I had a hard workout that day, I feel less sore the next day than I typically would).
Pleasantly surprised. Was a nice spa environment and very relaxing. Will come again.
I love n’lighten!! It has helped me health wise in many ways. I can breathe better (allergies), my body feels more invigorated and I’ve been sleeping through the night as I’ve had sleep issues for many years. I will make this a weekly routine.
I just wish I went sooner! What a much needed experience. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I can not wait to go back!
