First day of our summer road trip and warped the front roters after coming out of Manning Park and down the steep hill into Princeton. Pulled into Neil's shop at 4:15, explained the problem, and he took it for a quick test drive. Confirmed the problem, ordered the parts and had it repaired by 5:30. We didn't have to make an appointment that day,as we just got into town.He checked our car and fixed the problem within an hour. It turned out to be something minor and it was only 50 bucks.The mechanic was very knowledgeable.
I had a very unpleasant expericence today dealing with a mechenic, not Neil. I was in a tight situation & Neil tried to help. Neil instructed me to call to check what time my truck would be available. When I called I was greeted with a very disrespectful and rude man on the phone, supposedly the mechanic. When I picked up the vehicle I was lied to about the lack of completion, as they only completed half the job, very untrustworthy I would look to another shop for your needs
