Thanks very much to Andy and Auran for a simple straight forward service and also Simon for picking us up from the railway station we would not hesitate coming all the way from Norwich to make a purchase again
They USED to be fantastic for customer service and vehicle maintenance. In the last year or so, this has gone downhill. I have to go here as it's my closest but would not choose it otherwise. It's disappointing as their customer service used to truly be top notch. Update: Added another star. Called Simon as per his reply below. He was genuinely keen to understand and improve.
I recently decided to purchase my first electric vehicle after looking around found one at Nk Derby spoke with Auran Sharma on the phone he described the car perfectly to me then followed it up with a full video inside and out pointing out any minor blemishes so I had a true picture.
