Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I was disappointed with my recent visit. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns. The doctor did not explain things clearly and seemed impatient when I asked questions. I value communication and empathy in healthcare, and this visit did not meet those expectations. Poor experience.
This practice has gone downhill since Dr. Schaffer retired. He and all the shot room nurses were so kind and friendly. After he retired everything changed. Friendly staff and shot room nurses left the practice and were replaced with insensitive ones. Dr. Nam is harsh with the staff and rude to the patients. Most on staff are good people but unfortunately, everyone is on edge be because of Dr. Nam. Hopefully things change, but for now, I don’t recommend this practice.

She was not great at listening to patients and was in a rush to leave the room. The previous doctor was attentive and genuinely cared about his patients, whereas she seemed eager to exit as soon as possible.
