Very disappointing experience. I called ahead and was given an appointment, but when I arrived, they refused to take me, saying another appointment was coming ..which never showed up. I waited for nothing. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I won’t be returning!!
Lily is my go to whenever I need a haircut. She does such a good job. I always leave happy with the results!
1 star, I wanted to put 0 stars but I can’t, my son asked the worker for the buzz cut and he even showed the photo and the first photo was the photo that my son showed to the barber and look what the heck the barber did to my son’s hair, my son’s hair is in the 2nd photo I am not even lying. This is not a buzz cut
Waited for 45 min just for a simple haircut, inspite of repeating myself that I prefer Ann, the owner, she ignored me and never came out lunch room. No response, no apologies, nothing. So disappointing.
