I was truly impressed by how kind and welcoming everyone was during my appointment. From the office staff to Dr. Heindel IV. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciate Dr. Heindel taking the time to answer all of my questions; he has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you all!

I highly recommend this practice. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and Dr. Heindel is amazing. He is very thorough and always makes sure to cover all bases. I couldn’t be happier with the care provided and would highly recommend.
Heindel ENT is fantastic! I've been going to them for 18 years now. Dr. Heindel, III and Esther Askew, PA are excellent providers. Very knowledgable, caring, allow sufficient time, explain everything to you, listen to what you have to contribute, etc. Recently, Dr. Heindel's son (Dr. Heindel, IV) joined the practice. I have not yet had an opportunity to see him. The assistants (especially Zafee--may not have spelled her name correctly--apologies) are also great.
