I ordered my prescription last Tuesday to find out they rejected my prescriptions on Friday through the nhs app. Tried to ring them couldn't get through. To find out why Was, my prescription was rejected. Without communicating with their patients. But I can't get it resolved until Tuesday now as it's a bank Holiday. I have ran out of my prescription. I have had to order a emergency supply through the the app.
This practice- - Has admin staff who are rude, and have wrongly said physicians associates are clinical associates, alongside this if you question them they will gaslight patients saying they are ‘distressed’ then will hang up - if you register here they may register you instead at their handsworth clinic, which has no patient privacy in the clinical room as it backs onto the waiting room without a full length door; the door has gaps on it so everyone can hear your conversation - the doctors will act slowly, never properly t... read more
