Since my last review, things have improved. Improved phone access for call backs and face to face and general enquiries. Reception is much better.
My experience has somewhat changed as things were resolved in a satisfactory manner. Upgraded from 3* to 5* now - much better than before and the office manager was great to deal with. thank you.
New gp Dr nagu is amazing and caring also professional friendly and he listens the nurse who took my bloods I think it was neelam is a friendly and caring professional and they both treated me with respect.
My father went for a nurse appointment today at Tanhouse Clinic. The Muslim receptionist refused to help my elderly father check in on the new system and said "you need to do it yourself). My dad asked again and she pulled a face and ignored him. My father then walked out. This woman has done done this a few times now and I am sure their is some racial motive behind her attitude.
