There should be a Zero Star Rating available! Avoid this company like the plague! Rude, Swearing and cursing at customers. Refuses to produce quotes before starting a job, then does the work and demands extortionate rates. When an objection is raised the bill is increased by over 100 pounds and threatens to cut the cars wiring if the bill is not paid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Booked car in for 1 day, they were supposed to call with a quote before fixing. For FIVE DAYS they didn't call or even answer the phone, and no one at the premises, I travelled some distance every one of those five days to see them, my car was just stood on the pavement of a public road.
