Bought a car for £900. Alex said it needed front tyres, but also needed suspension arms, total cost £250. Then noticed heater wasn't working, and pipes blew off and coolant emptied. Garage said water pump needs replacing £284. Car not drivable to return to Alex. Discovered I'd been told a pack of lies, the car was on its way to the scrap yard, when he bought it for £150! Then followed 8 weeks of phone calls, letters and emails and lots of stress, but finally got £400 discount. Got the water pump fixed, but car running awful.... read more
Terrible company, avoid!!! Con artists selling overpriced cars with expensive faults. Keep your money in your pocket and look elsewhere. Bought a car for £1000 and had to spend another £600 on it within two weeks to keep it running. Never again!!
Saw car advertised on Ebay, asked questions, completed HPI. Agreed to reduce price and accept my car as part exchange. Drove 267 miles to collect car, to be informed when I get there that the exhaust is slightly blowing, but he was quoted £54 to replace. Opted for a discount instead as had a five hour journey home. Took to garage next day, transpired it was the front flexi which had to be replaced along with heat oxygen sensor, total cost with two hours labour £265!
