My husband was referred here and had a terrible experience. The receptionist loudly spoke about our infertility which made my husband very uncomfortable, then she proceeded to tell him that “All we can do is perform a vasectomy and you probably don’t want that.” His privacy was not taken into consideration and was embarrassed by her discussing his medical needs in front of a full lobby.
