We are the buyers. In the purchase contract, one of conditions is to properly ground the GFCI in the bathroom. The seller hired N & E Electric and we got the receipt from them. At this time, 2 weeks after we have moved into the house. We had another electrician came in yesterday to fix a broken GFCI in the garage, which leads to a surprising finding that neutral and ground are shorted in bathroom GFCI to disguise some existing problem.
