I have an approved I-140 and just wanted to ask about I-485 filing fees. Instead, I was told I’d need to pay over $300 just for a consultation—just to find out the pricing! The lawyer kept bragging about 30+ years of experience, but if you charge people just to quote a price, what's the point? Completely unhelpful and overpriced.
