Try to call for 30 minutes and the phone was busy really
Even with the clinic empty takes forever to call you. I don’t know what’s going on but every time it takes forever for the nurse to call you or for the doctor to see you. If the doctor has to write prescriptions be ready to wait like an hour more. The pharmacy is super slow. So if you come to this place be prepared to be here for 2 hours or more. Don’t recommend.
The wait has always been extensive when we go in person, but the communication via online messaging through COVID has been AWFUL. My daughter was up for reevaluation on her EFMP paperwork. We preferred the psychiatrist that she was familiar with and had previously been to. I ended up self-referring because this clinic completely ignored my requests. I would have rated zero if I could. Ten minutes lates shouldn't result in waiting over an hour. It doesn't matter if I were on time anyway. I always wait at least an hour. How is it that doctors can be late but the patients get penalized if they are. Stuff happens obviously. I hate this place, the doctors are terrible on top of it.
