This being my families first time attending the festival it seemed more like a fair to me, maybe I had a different ideal of a seafood festival, but I wished there was more seafood on the menu. My mom talked about getting some crab legs all the way on the drive down and was disappointed. But over all we enjoyed ourselves, will probably return again next year.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Good food, good entertainment. We're definitely going back next year.
We are new to NC, came from AZ. I loved the town. There was an enormous amount of fried food, which we don't eat. We did manage to find grilled skewers of shrimp and scallops. There's a lot of "fair food." Interesting vendors with handmade art, etc. The crowd was large with lots of smokers, had to dodge those, for fear of getting burned.
Boardwalk and food talks. Great vendor's, great prices & the most practical setting ..right on the water! Thank you locals for another amazing Festival!
