Unfortunately, Dean and his 25+ years of experience at NC left the company several years ago. Although field service remains excellent, the shop continues to give its highest priority to Fort Knox and big-name contractor's equipment over the occasional lone skid steer, compactor, small wheel loader, or telehandler. Redo rates, turnaround times, and hourly repair rates have also reached unacceptable levels.

I can't even give them one star!!Had my RV for over a month they waited a week to even start, after I paid $150 to rush it there by the scheduled start date. We live in our Motor home and they couldn't of cared less ! All I heard was how they hated working on RVs and how it got dumped in their lap. They would not work with my warranty company to get paid, they insisted on cash.I paid 18,800k for the repair and will only get 9k of that from my warranty company, some if it due to poor communication between them, us and warrant... read more

There service department expecially Dean McRae goes well beyond the scope of what a exceptional sevice department is all about. Will help anyone and even outside the core hours of there job. I think they are the best.
