My husband just put in an order for some parts to his skidsteer. Jason called him almost immediately after to make sure my husband knew the parts were not a direct ship and that they normally go to another distribution center for pick up. My husband was unaware, but Jason took the time to set up a direct shipment to our home. This was huge for us, my husband is disabled/medically retired, so travel can be difficult.
