Extremely disrespectful individuals, I was as polite as I could be while trying to follow the steps of transferring a title over, the woman was so rude to me regarding how I signed my name, I mean whatever happen to politeness. The attitude they have there is very unwelcoming, and I will be traveling to a different county to finish up my business. In the future, explaining charges to the customers before asking for the money is always helpful, maybe some training with this could be beneficial.

Wow. Two one star reviews? I have found them to be courteous and professional in the Morehead office. Lines tend to be short in the several times which I have been there. They even answer the phone.

I just had to call in about a situation with my van. The rep on the phone was snappy and acted like she didnt want to be there, or handle my call.

Most of the people who work here let it get to their heads, and are constantly on power trips. I cannot stand to go here. Not very helpful even if just going in there to ask questions. It must be a downer to have to work with the public all day, but my friends, family or myself all prefer to go to the one in Havelock, they are so classy there.
