ONE STAR IS TOO MANY, customer service is the worst. I can't believe Mercedes allow them to use the name. They promise to call back but never do. They have mucked me round for 4 months with no result in sight.
Very poor service! Bike had design defect - Brake Cables rubbed the paint to bare aluminium after 3 rides. Their very delayed response was; "I can offer you a bottle of touch up paint to repair the rubbing marks and I will also ship you a set of protective pieces to apply under the cables. It's something i've see on other branded bikes (including my own road bike). I do apologise this happened to you". Still awaiting my mud guards ordered back early December. Avoid and go elsewhere.....
Absolutely appalling customer service. Bike was a month late and still waiting on bike stand a month later with ZERO meaningful communication
Poor service. They don’t answer your call. They make you play for full bike. Bike never gets delivered.
This business does NOT exist, pretty poor effort Mercedes and n+ebikes. Not Happy :(
