I had an excellent experience at this boat shop! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly reliable, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction throughout the entire process. They offered the best prices I could find. I was really impressed with their knowledgeable and friendly team, who took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and honestly. Plus, the location right on the water is perfect. I highly recommend N&B - it's my new go-to for years to come!
I decided to re-power my boat a couple of month ago. Not only were they the best price. They were also able to install sooner than everyone !! They did a great job. Their customer service is top notch too! All of the sudden my new motor stopped working. I made a call to them. Brought it in the same day after work. Thought I was dropping it off. Nope they diagnosed and made the warranty repair while I waited. You cant beat that.
One of the reasons I purchased my boat was the long history of regular service receipts from N & B that came with it. I had to have it taken in for some emergency maintenance a couple months into ownership after an overheating issue during peak season. N&B was able to get me an appointment two weeks out. Zach called me the morning after I dropped it off with a game plan for service.
