I've gone to bailey for years but scheduling with him on weekends is a nightmare. I had booked previously, never got a confirmation and upon showing up got told "sorry, Saturdays are walk ins". He showed availability on this Saturday so I selected to book for 11:30 thinking maybe he wanted a hard schedule that day. Come 11:00 I never got a confirmation so fearing I'd drive all the way there just to get turned away again, I canceled. No big deal.
