please read full review as it has some updates I highly highly recommend N&M homes! my husband and I have been to many different places Kings, Clayton, sangaree etc. and at everyone we was told "the houses are open" or "here's the keys". They sold my mom a home knowing that the HVAC was bad. Promising her three times everything was taken care of. Summertime they fixed the ac but now that it’s cold she has no heat. The first guy told her he was only supposed to connect the ac not the heater. Thanks for nothing 😡😡😡😡 I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
N&M did a phenomenal job helping us get our home. They were patient with us when it came to getting the right credit score. They informed us immediately of new available homes. When we did find the right home, Allen let us choose which renovations we wanted which made us feel like we had some control over the sale price. Bradley is a fantastic salesman.
