Just loaded 900+ pounds of brass in the bed of my truck in 100 degree weather and rushed over to arrive at 3:46PM to everything closed and locked up.
Woman at desk wasn’t friendly at all. Didn’t greet me. I asked if I could get help to offload not being familiar with the process, and she told me it would be better if I brought help. I went elsewhere.
Love this place. It’s so convenient to have them nearby to drop off items that would otherwise be difficult to dispose of. I’ve had pleasant interactions with the staff every time.
