! STAY FAR AWAY ! I almost never leave reviews, especially one-star reviews, but what my family went through with this shop was beyond unacceptable. I checked the location history of my car and found that it had been driven to the Bronx, Staten Island, and Queens, using my E-ZPass and charging me tolls in the process. Meaning they were using my car to pick up parts, which is a REALLY bad look. For weeks, I kept getting the same excuse: “It’ll be done tomorrow.” Nothing changed until I got the police involved.
