Highly unprofessional. I won’t recommend to anyone. He ruined our home and now won’t even pick the calls.
We are in the process of starting legal action against this business. Zahir Hussaini has destroyed our bathrooms, rooftop terraces, has not replied to messages and phone calls when we gave him the option to repair his work. The tiles had insufficient glue in wet areas and basically all cracked and fell off within a year from the build being finished. Disgraceful behaviour to a family that worked hard to build their dream home. Every neighbour from the same development is facing the same issues.
We have had similar dealings with this company in the past, and sadly, if we had the financial means, we would consider taking legal action against them. Unfortunately, we paid for their services and have received nothing in return except an outline of what was supposed to be completed. We are extremely disappointed. Despite numerous attempts to get in touch, they have refused to respond or to complete the work.
