Good family doctor.
Dr. Ezzi is a nice person although she is very busy nowadays. I have been coming here for 6 years now and my experience is good with them.
I don’t often write reviews but the unprofessionalism at this office is insane. 1. Took a day off from work to come in for a physical. Come to my appointment in the afternoon just for them to tell me the doctor isn’t in today. Appointment was made days in advance. 2. Took another day off from work to come in for my physical. Now they tell me insurance won’t cover because it’s too early. Why would you let me make a appointment then?! Not once, but twice without checking. 3. Dr. Ezzi has been my PCP for nearly 10 years now—from her old W John St address till her current Jerusalem Ave. location. I have yet to find a doctor who is as attentive and professional as she is. MZF has very clean facilities, helpful and friendly nurses, and a reasonable wait time. Also, I’m not a big fan of needles, but the nurses, particularly Diana, find a way to draw blood without feeling the needle and do an excellent job in helping one remain calm and relaxed.
