This is a serious warning to anyone considering doing business with Lance, a dishonest and completely unprofessional individual who scammed me twice. I specifically requested ATE brake pads for my BMW 540i and made it crystal clear that no substitutes were acceptable. Despite this, Lance first installed cheap DFC 5000 pads that don’t fit my car. After confronting him, he promised to fix it and install proper Brembo or ATE pads—but instead, he installed P06101N, again the wrong part, which is now damaging my rotors. The total... read more
Lance and his team were awesome to work with. My BMW had a tricky battery issue, and they didn’t give up until they figured it out. This shop is now my go-to for service. They are extremely knowledgeable about all things BMW. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Lance and his crew are genuinely the nicest people I’ve met, I felt welcomed. I took my BMW in for a maintenance check up and weird misfire that I have been dealing with since last December. I kept trying to diagnose the issue myself and couldn’t figure it out. I was then referred to Lance and gave him a call and took my car in.
