Regret in every strand! I trusted the reviews and got my haircut here, but I walked out in tears. I showed a reference photo, but the result was nothing like it—and honestly, it was terrible. The front pieces were clearly uneven, but the stylist (Fiona?) insisted they were fine. The sides were especially bad—choppy, mismatched, and just unacceptable. Very unprofessional, poor communication, and an overall awful experience. I still tipped, but I deeply regret coming here.
