最近我们用了这家九州物流公司的跨州搬家服务，经历非常糟糕，下面有详述。我们的结论是这家公司不具备搬家能力而硬上，希望后来者看到这个贴子能三思。 1. 运输过程中造成多个物件损坏和损伤 —— 根本不具备搬家能力： a. 餐桌桌腿断了一根，裂了一根，桌面多处划伤（我还提前包裹了保护膜）； b. 冰箱侧面多处划痕，后面底部金属板凹陷变形（取货时说会包个毯子，送货时没有任何包裹）； c. 床垫直接对折搬运，而不是卷起或展开，这个对床垫内部结构有损害。 2. 时间管理能力极差 —— 缺乏契约精神 ： a. 预定周四取件周六送达，我们周五开车过去正好赶得上。结果一下推迟到下周三，又推迟到周四，整整延迟一周。感觉下订单前就是先随便报个时间骗你上钩，然后想怎么推迟就怎么推迟，完全没有契约精神。 b. 取件当天延迟8小时，送检当天误差4小时。 3. 合作方和人员管理混乱 a. 对接的其中一个客服在国外，和澳洲本地的客服似乎缺乏沟通，重复问同样问题。特别关心有多少台阶，可能和外包搬运的费用有关，其他延迟之类的就通告一下完事。我们反馈问题，感觉就是敷衍了事。最后一次沟通说找人帮修桌子，然后就没下文了。员工的状态是公司的镜子，可见一斑。 b. 两头找的外包搬家公司，不... read more

The packaging was really compact and tidy as I have ordered furnitures as well as a lot of home accessories from overseas. Due to the great amonut of products I bought, the staff from customer service was very patient and helpful to help me to check all the orders were correct.

Asking for a quote for a week still got nothing. Each time I rang them to check, they told me will get back to me tomorrow. After a week Finally told me this: “you can go to check other place who can help you”. I see clearly you don’t care about customers’ time and feelings. What a big Waste of time!
