Customer friendly , always ready to go the extra mile. One of the best logistics company to deal with , their team is very professional and always focussed on finding a solution. Highly recommended.
The packaging was really compact and tidy as I have ordered furnitures as well as a lot of home accessories from overseas. Due to the great amonut of products I bought, the staff from customer service was very patient and helpful to help me to check all the orders were correct.
Asking for a quote for a week still got nothing. Each time I rang them to check, they told me will get back to me tomorrow. After a week Finally told me this: “you can go to check other place who can help you”. I see clearly you don’t care about customers’ time and feelings. What a big Waste of time!
Such a great experience and the service was lovely. Shipping was nice and quick, great value, staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommended for everyone, and I bet you won’t regret.
