I have no words to express how grateful I am for Dr Fatima to check my mum's eye. We were visiting Rosebud and she let us in despite having her day fully booked. She was quick, smooth, efficient and very warm. She thoroughly explained the virus in my mum's eye without scaring us. Fatima has been wonderful with my kids. In particular, my 12 year old son. He has wanted contacts for a very long time for his own self esteem. The contacts he needs are very difficult to use and she has been incredibly patient with him. Offering him to come in when ever he wants to sit down and practice getting them in and out. He now wears them every single day and his confidence and self esteem has sky rocketed. Thank you so much Fatima. The girls at the reception desk are lovely too.
I could not be happier about my visit to MyVision Optometry today. Fatima is friendly, approachable, and obviously well qualified. She is thorough in her work and happy to answer questions or explain results of her tests. I recommend her without reservation. We are lucky to have her in Rosebud.
