My dogs meds were not a crisis, but if you need heart medicine etc. NO! Two weeks and I am still waiting on my dogs meds. I could have driven back and fourth to my vet 20 times by now. NEVER AGAIN

100% terrible. I can't even count how many times this horrible company has screwed up our dogs medicine and special food prescriptions... from not sending crucial flea, tick & heartworm meds, to using FedEx who is equally terrible, to ship the food which never arrives on time... I have just had it. DO NOT TRUST MyVetStoreOnline with your pets medicine or food. They will let you down every time.
Since it's only coming from 20 miles away I'd think it wouldn't take so long. Also, your website/ ordering are very cumbersome. Easier to just go to Walmart.
Ordered through Steckleberg vet clinic. I had to have them update so I could order and she knew I was placing an order needed delivered in a week. Order did not get approved through the clinic until Monday. I needed it by Friday. Made a call and received a text it would be delivered by the 30th. On Tues 29th received a call from online to verify? Order had not shipped. Was told they would ups it out that day. Here it is a week later and still no product. I will NOT order from them again.
