I tried this pharmacy once, and unfortunately, half of my order was missing from the package when it arrived. When I contacted customer service, there seemed to be absolutely no sense of urgency regarding my dog’s missing medication. I did speak with one customer service representative who genuinely tried to help. She attempted to get supervisor approval to expedite the situation and also tried to get someone in management to speak with me. Overpriced and shitty customer service. Every time my vet submits a new Rx, it gets loaded into their system with 'AutoShip' selected. There was an Rx submitted that contained a refill for Heartgard, which requires an annual test in order to be dispensed per law, yet this pharmacy fills orders without verifying the required tests have been completed. This is one of multiple medications that are eligible and fulfilled via the 'Autoship' on their website and should not be because of the requirements testing requirements that m... read more
My dogs meds were not a crisis, but if you need heart medicine etc. NO! Two weeks and I am still waiting on my dogs meds. I could have driven back and fourth to my vet 20 times by now. NEVER AGAIN
