The staff was accommodating and very helpful. My pup was happy and very comfortable!

New puppy visit with my English Bulldog.. Spent most of the time telling me to get pet insurance. Got the discussion from three different folks. The one tech asked if I even wanted them to look at my dog before I got pet insurance. She then went into this discussion about pre. existing conditions. This is a very nice healthy English Bulldog puppy I bought from a very reputable show breeder in Raleigh. I was so confused and felt like they didn’t want me there without insurance. Was able to do day of appointments for my pup who wasn't feeling great! They were kind, patient, and through on her treatment! Overall great place!
