my package has been in review for ages and i dont know why. its just a dress i bought. and ive send multiple emails and i got no responses. and i tried their chat but that just takes ages. i just want my package.

This is the worst organization I have had the displeasure of engaging as a client. They illegally hold items and will not release them in order to charge storage, thus stealing from they customers. They do not answer for months. They still have my merchandise with no intention of releasing it for shipping. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Unthetical in their business

Worst experience ever. We ordered a table at CB2 delivered at MyUS in may. The table was delivered broken. No notification of delivery from myUS who lost the item in their process. Impossible to talk to anyone at MyUS. We kept chasing no one came back to us. In the meantime we keep paying membership to MyUS for a service we don’t use. We need to pay delivery charges now for a free return pick up offered by Crate and Barrel. I have absolutely nothing even remotely good to say about MyUS's customer support. There is no way to contact them by phone, and they don't respond to customer support emails. They don't even have something as basic as a verification email that notifies you that your message had been received. The chat online feature was also abhorrent. My questions were never answered but instead followed by very contradictory copy/pasted information. Worst company they dont have customer service . They keep changing rules , the lime you to discard the stuff so they sell them

The packaging/sending by MyUs went smoothly however the Fedex Service, which I paid over $200 for (advertised as 6-day delivery on the MyUs site) has taken over 5 weeks (and I still do not have the package). This was not due to custom's delays either and there has been no word, apology, nor is there any recourse for this. I understand 2-3 week delays with Covid, but 5+??
