MYUS.COM denied my insurance claim some time ago based on that fedex being the carrier only gave 28 days to file a claim..I was close to that..however myus staff told me more recently that they self insure ..So I asked them which is it ? I cant get an answer to this simple question

sick of waiting for a response for months on end! I keep getting new case numbers but none of the previous case numbers have been resolved but new case numbers for the same issue! I now have a parcel going to a country I no longer live in and a refund going to a credit card in that country I no longer live in and the account is closed. however I did get a response a FB post you can only get a refund on the card the purchase was done. Sent 2 shipments and automatically charged my card without any notifications whatsoever. Wouldn't respond to my petition about it either. Terrible service. Slow customer support. High fees. Will not use again.
Terrible service. Long delays. No response from their support team and they've continued to put unauthorized charges on my credit card for months now despite me canceling the service. I still have yet to hear back from their team.
