Update: Nicky, yes it was Myungga in Weston that we ordered food from. But your chefs that day definitely used the wrong seasoning or made a mistake, and made the chicken to not taste anything Korean. Also it didn’t look like a soy sauce base. It was red. Or maybe you changed your recipe or something, and if you really did so, it’s not Korean flavor at all. My wife is Korean and as I mentioned, half of the guests that day were Korean. Wow! Amazing, fresh, authentic Korean food. We tried the beef bulgogi, kimchi jjigae, jjajangmyeon, zucchini pancake, KFC, and K-fried rice. They were all top notch and the banchans were flavorful. I highly recommend it!
I went back after years. This place is still there and the food is still good
