Came in today for kalbi tang and was honestly shocked by the quality of the meat. The picture shows three pieces of meat that had just been taken out of my soup. In my 30+ years of eating kalbi tang, I have never seen one served with barely any edible meat attached to the bones. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best Korean meals I’ve had in New York! The kalguksu had a rich, flavorful broth with perfectly chewy noodles, and the galbijjim was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Since it’s summer, I also ordered the naengmyeon, and it was cold, refreshing, and absolutely delicious.
