I just switched insurance providers. Dr. Tran does not write prescriptions for "new patients." Well gee, that's messed up. I've had a bipolar diagnosis since 2008 and I NEED medication. I've been taking the same medication for more than 10 years, I even offered to have my medical records sent to her but nope, she does not write prescriptions for "new patients." Well I won't be coming to her office. I NEED my medication!!
Front office so rude and unprofessional .
Dr. Tran is so kind and helpful. Coming from a different pcp, I see a drastic difference, especially in how a doctor should be. Dr. Tran is extremely thorough, has great attention to detail, and makes sure all my questions are answered and I know what the plan of action is. She's so kind and listened to my issues and didn't chalk it up to only weight like many other practitioners do. She allots plenty of time to listen carefully and help you understand everything.
