We bought a $10,000 camera from them a little over a year ago. The screen has completely fallen out. The visual on the camera is horrible. I called them to see if they would repair my 1.5 year old camera only to find out they only have a 1 year warranty. Don’t waste your money with this company. There are plenty of options way better. Do your research before you buy.

2025: The service for camera repair is horrible. I just don't understand how it has gotten so poor. We dropped a camera off and was told it would be 45 minutes. It has been 2.5 months and we have been treated rudely and was even told that we should just sell our cameras cause this is how it is. I loved these people... what happened guys. 2019: Love the guys at MyTana. Very helpful every day! 5 Star

Would absolutely never purchase anything from this company. Have a sewer machine, 3 cameras and cart jetter. All break multiple times a year. It’s 6-7 months before anything comes back. Their rep informed me that they have manufacturing defects in their cables that connect to camera heads that cause camera boards to fail, which 6 of mine have now. 1200$ to fix each time, 4k to buy a new set. 3k to get the manufacture defect repaired just for it to fail again less than a year later. Poor customer service. Overnighted camera head to service department, never heard a response for a week. Called them again and was told for $250 charge they can put a rush on getting me a quote! Not impressed. I feel they are telling me to go back to Ridgid.
