Ordered a solar system through Elevation Solar in May of 2017. Delivery date was set at July, 2017. Then nothing. I pulled money out of a retirement account to pay for the system in mid-July. Nothing. Got excuse after excuse from Elevation and JLM saying the equipment was being produced. Around October of 2017, solar panels were delivered to my driveway on a pallet. **BUYER BEWARE** @JLM Over the past year we have been fighting with JLM Energy because they sold us a technology that was not yet ready for production and decided they would no longer support equipment/technology. Not only were they unwilling to refund the full amount we paid for the installed equipment, they would not agree to make ANY aesthetic repairs to our brand-new house once the equipment is removed.
