Such a great class this morning! Mellissa brings energy and encouragement from start to finish. Her class is super challenging, but totally doable and I left feeling strong, energized and excited to come back next Monday!
Amazing class with great music vibes from start to finish! The playlist was perfectly timed and at just the right volume—energizing without being overwhelming. The instructor was super encouraging and kept the motivation high the entire workout. Can’t wait to take another class!
The best way to start the weekend is with Michaela's class on Friday mornings! Her classes are the most challenging and she always pushes me farther that I think I can go. She is super motivating and I feel so good after taking her class.
