Amazing class with great music vibes from start to finish! The playlist was perfectly timed and at just the right volume—energizing without being overwhelming. The instructor was super encouraging and kept the motivation high the entire workout. Can’t wait to take another class!
The best way to start the weekend is with Michaela's class on Friday mornings! Her classes are the most challenging and she always pushes me farther that I think I can go. She is super motivating and I feel so good after taking her class.

This was my first class ever at MYSTRYDE and this class was absolutely amazing. Emma is encouraging in the best way possible. Her energy and coaching makes you want to push yourself and it feels good! The class was over before I knew it! Would highly recommend even for beginners because you can truly go at your own pace.
Caitlin is a great instructor! Her class is motivating, fun and always challenging in the best way. She brings great energy, great music and I always leave her class feeling stronger!
