This was my first class ever at MYSTRYDE and this class was absolutely amazing. Emma is encouraging in the best way possible. Her energy and coaching makes you want to push yourself and it feels good! The class was over before I knew it! Would highly recommend even for beginners because you can truly go at your own pace.
Caitlin is a great instructor! Her class is motivating, fun and always challenging in the best way. She brings great energy, great music and I always leave her class feeling stronger!
What a great way to start a Monday morning with Melissa's class! My first time taking one of Melissa's classes and it was worth getting up early to take it. The class was challenging in all the good ways and she made the time go by quickly with her good music and energy. I can't wait to her class again!
Native Dorchester girl here but I’ve been gone from Boston for a long time. Been everything from a Midwest gal to a DC city slicker to a suburban mom in coastal CT. My instructor Anthony was very motivating with positive affirmations in class and was helpful/supportive when I needed to substitute a weight due to injury.
