Wednesday's with Haley is the best way to start my day! MyStryde is the best and Haley makes it even better. She is always happy and teaches such a fun class every time. Even when the class is challenging and hard, her smile makes it seem easy. Love MS and Haley!!
Molly gets me out of bed every Friday morning because her classes are so good and I would never want to miss them! Molly brings the best positive energy to class and I love how she pushes us through challenging blocks on the tread.
