Native Dorchester girl here but I’ve been gone from Boston for a long time. Been everything from a Midwest gal to a DC city slicker to a suburban mom in coastal CT. My instructor Anthony was very motivating with positive affirmations in class and was helpful/supportive when I needed to substitute a weight due to injury.
Great way to start the weekend with Michaela at 6am on Friday!! Her class was super challenging in only the best way and I felt so ready for the day. Michaela is motivating and positive and makes the class fly by.
MyStryde is the best gym in Southie and such a special treat when Becca is teaching a class! Who doesn't love an 8% hill at 6 am on a Wednesday morning! Her class was super challenging and put me in a great mood for the day. Can't wait to have her show up again to teach a class!
Great way to start the week with Kelsey on a Monday at 6 am! I love taking Kelsey's classes because of her enthusiasm, great music and challenging tread blocks. She is always happy and positive and MyStryde is so lucky to have her as an instructor.
