Very welcoming atmosphere for runners of all levels, but also a great workout!
Best workout studio in Boston! The classes are similar to Barry’s, but with a much better format and amazing instructors. Every workout leaves you feeling challenged and truly burned out, without ever feeling rushed. The pacing is perfect, and you actually get the most out of the class. On top of that, the community is great, and the owners are always there, which makes it feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I love all the MYSTRYDE classes! They are an excellent kick in the butt! All the instructors are amazing and motivate you to push yourself. There is also plenty of parking available, which is great!
