Atmosphere, community, and staff are all amazing. One time I forgot my running shoes so had to purchase a pair in their merch section. The staff was very understanding and let me use her employee discount. I ended up loving the shoes I got and am now a regular at this location.
Love this gym! Great classes and instructors, with a boutique feeling unlike the big chains.
I love the Charlestown studio! It is a compact but super functional space, easy to get to and lots of parking! The classes are all great - challenging but lots of fun and the coaches are phenomenal. High energy and provide lots of motivation! The treadmills make it fun to run and are easy on your joints. Can’t say enough good things about Mystryde!
My favorite strength studio in Charlestown! I've been loving Mia's POWER classes. I would recommend anyone to come here if they want to feel strong and empowered.
