MYSTRYDE provides such an awesome workout. It’s challenging but you’ll leave every class feeling empowered and accomplished. The instructors are great and super friendly. No matter your fitness level, they make you feel like you belong. It’s a welcoming space, with a variety of class options and a high energy vibe, what more can you ask for? Highly recommend checking out a class!
I've been a member of this studio since they opened over 9 years ago and my appreciation and satisfaction only grows as they do. Don't be intimidated. The instructors are skilled and enthusiastic, as well as so nice and welcoming. It is a running studio but so much more! I love MYSTRYDE in Charlestown—it’s such a great spot to get a tough workout in without it feeling intimidating. The space is super clean, the tread + strength combo keeps things interesting, and the coaches bring amazing energy every time. Plus, the community vibe makes it easy to stay motivated. Definitely one of my favorite places to work out in Boston!
