Staff is nice and helpful, purchased 2 rings from them so far and they turned out great. They worked with me to create a custom engagement ring and the process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend you check them out for your jewelry needs

Best part, the staff is courteous, warm-friends, really. And they know fine jewelry with the best of them. I’ve been their happy customer for many years. Melanie responded quickly and spent months perfecting every detail of the design, making numerous changes and patiently awaiting my final decision. They were able to create a beautiful hidden halo, and embed our birth stone into the band. Mystique is such a great find— I haven’t sought out another jewelry store since I was introduced to Mystique. Melanie is so welcoming and Ivan very talented in designing or repairing beautiful pieces. And Liz creates a seductive and diverse inventory so I always find something I wasn’t looking for!
