Highly recommend! I called in to book an appointment and Melanie was so amazing. I explained to her over the phone that I had a semi mount but wanted to know my options for a center stone. In 2022 I reached out to Mystique Jewelers to custom create a perfect engagement ring for my now wife. Melanie responded quickly and spent months perfecting every detail of the design, making numerous changes and patiently awaiting my final decision. They were able to create a beautiful hidden halo, and embed our birth stone into the band. I came to mystique jewelers with a small understanding of what I wanted for an engagement ring but no understanding of what it meant to pick a diamond. The people at mystique jewelers took the time to not just show me rings but walk me through the diamond selection process, help me understand the difference between natural and lab diamonds, etc. They didn’t try to upsell but worked to my budget and strove to provide an excellent product. We visited this store. Though we didn't purchase, we showed up right before they closed and I didn't realize the owner opened back up for us. I greatly appreciated this. The jewellery is lovely and unique. We snagged a card and will continue to look online since we are out of town. Must stop in to see these beautiful items. The amount of attention they give to their clients is remarkable. Liz and Melanie have a personal touch that goes above and beyond. I was in the store this weekend and the client service was amazing. Whether browsing a Trunk-Show, engagement rings, repairs etc. it was very refreshing to see such attention in a boutique environment. The boutique was lively and fun with everyone. The experience was 10/10. If could give them 10 stars I would! Highly recommend.
