As a massage therapist of 16 years, I am picky when it comes to receiving my own bodywork. Meredith checks all the boxes! Her studio is clean, uncluttered, and peaceful, her personality is friendly and soothing, and most importantly, she’s a gifted therapist with an intuitive touch and excellent understanding of anatomy. I found her pressure to be just deep enough that I felt like my issues were being addressed without wincing in pain. I will be a regular client! Thanks, Meredith!

Meredith’s customer service and services go above and beyond. As a first time client, I was personally greeted at the front door and escorted to her space. She took the time to talk about what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had booked the massage/reiki combo. My massage was perfect.
