I called to schedule an appointment, and the girl who answered the phone absolutely does not belong answering phones. She kept asking my name, then would make me spell it, 3 times she did this. Then the same thing with my address, I literally told her my address 5 times, and spelled it twice, and she still couldn't figure it out. I then gave her my phone number, and she repeated the number back to me wrong twice, I kept saying (978), and she kept saying (781). Finally I just gave up, and told her forget about it.
