We could not have chosen a better place to stay! We will be back in Canmore soon and will definitely be booking another stay here! We loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor bbq area! The condo was so clean and had everything you need. They offer concierge services and the charcuterie and wine were the perfect touch upon our arrival. The staff are all so friendly and easy to contact. Park pass in the suite for our use was amazing! We came to our room this past weekend. It’s a fantastic set up with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! However, there is a bedbug issue. This is not the first time that it has been reported for this unit. The chalet was very responsive when we reported it and reassured that they have gotten the rooms cleaned… But clearly not cleaned enough. There were bedbugs found in multiple beds. Great location and cozy space. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Hard to find nice dog-friendly space in town that isn't a small hotel room. We don't get a chance to use but the heated pool and hot tub are a nice feature as well. We will be back.
Even just accessing your room is very difficult. If you haven't done it this way before, I would suggest not to make this one your first, because you will get a parking ticket before you get your door open. After calming down from the parking ticket, we pull back the covers of the bed to see a giant hair ball (photo included).
