My husband and I have taken cooking classes before, but being at Mystic Sky Ranch was an entirely different experience. We met so many wonderful people and learned all about Milam & Greene Bourbon, too. Owners Sandie and Joe did an impressive job hosting in their beautiful commercial kitchen. I highly recommend Mystic Ranch to unwind, unplug and meet new friends at a cooking class. We eagerly anticipate returning!
Mystic Sky Ranch is located on a beautiful piece of property. Lots of raw land to admire. It was great for leisure walks! We stayed in one of their casitas. It was very comfortable, clean, great porch to watch stars at night - no light pollution! The owners are fabulous - brought us delicious homemade muffins for breakfast. We attended a Milam and Green Whiskey Tasting/Mystic Sky Ranch lunch where 16 guests helped cook a lunch - we used recipes with whiskey as an ingredient in each recipe. We had such a relaxing getaway here! Would recommend to anyone looking for calm weekend away. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and even brought us delicious warm muffins on the first morning. The property is so peaceful with so much to do (pool, sauna, bocce ball, etc.) We will definitely be back!
Everything about my stay was just what I needed to reset and start the New Year. The location offers breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings that encourage you to unplug from technology (which you won’t miss) and immerse yourself in nature. Mystic Sky Ranch provides a peaceful Hill Country oasis that feels totally private. I was inspired to read, write and paint. Mt niece and I had the pleasure of staying at the Mystic Sky Ranch in January 2026. The ranch was absolutely beautiful Sandy and Joe were amazing they were so welcoming. The Casitas we stayed in was so roomy and beautifully decorated. The view from the patio was beautiful. Food was delicious and plentiful. Absolutely would stay there again! Would highly recommend visiting Mystic Sky Ranch!
